- Own end-to-end hiring operations: sourcing, screening, coordination, and process hygiene
- Build lightweight HR policies and internal documentation that scales with the team
- Improve onboarding quality and time-to-productivity for new hires
- Maintain candidate experience with clear communication and predictable steps
- Track hiring metrics and recommend process improvements
- Strong written communication and structured execution required
Intern – Recruiter
- Support sourcing for priority roles and maintain clean candidate pipelines
- Conduct initial outreach and schedule screens with clear, professional communication
- Maintain ATS or tracking sheets and ensure process follow-through
- Assist with job post publishing and role page updates
- Learn structured screening and improve outreach quality over time
- Comfortable with consistency, repetition, and high ownership
Legal Compliance Officer
- Maintain and improve compliance posture across contracts, policies, and operational practices
- Support vendor and client contracting workflows, including reviews and redlines
- Advise on basic risk controls across data handling, security, and platform usage
- Keep company policies current (privacy, terms, refunds, internal controls)
- Coordinate with external counsel when specialized input is needed
- Strong attention to detail and practical business judgment required
